“We aim to lead at the intersection of 3D printing technologies and formulations, supplying our solutions to nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries.”

When they were Pharmacy students, GOH Wei Jiang and LIM Seng Han witnessed
patients with complicated dosing regimes going home with bags of medicines, typically from common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol. They were inspired to simplify the process of taking medicine, and this was how Craft Health was born.

Their philosophy is simple: one pill does not fit all. Craft Health’s proprietary 3D printing pill technology combines different types of medication into a single pill, with different dosages and release times.

With their technology, they are able to print different shapes, layers or geometries to provide accurate dosing of active ingredients such as nutraceuticals or active pharmaceutical ingredients. They also compartmentalise individual active ingredients to reduce the risk of cross contamination or interactions.

This enables the customisation of pills and doses to individual patients and helps chronic patients who need multiple medications to reduce the number of pills they need to remember and take.
