Dillen’s work on conserving terrestrial biodiversity involves managing a diverse range of conservation projects, in addition to working on upcoming developments and policies to ensure the long-term sustainability of biodiversity in Singapore. He also engages the public through outreach events and stakeholder meetings to generate environmental awareness.

This gives me great job satisfaction as I can make a tangible difference to the future of biodiversity conservation in Singapore.”
