Kent Ridge Undergraduate Scholarship recipient
Sze Gee took the opportunity to explore diverse learning opportunities beyond academics. Under the Faculty’s Undergraduate Professional Internship Programme (UPIP), he took on internships at A*STAR where he conducted extensive research of companies to evaluate the feasibility of partnerships with local research institutions, and at global healthcare company Sanofi-Aventis Singapore. He also volunteered actively for projects like NUS’ annual Paint-A-Home, which seeks to improve living conditions of local welfare homes in need of refurbishments and repainting. Just as the scholarship exemplifies the spirit of giving, Sze Gee derives joy in contributing to society. He aspires to harness the data analytical skills acquired at NUS to provide solutions to business challenges.
