of winning prizes and awards for outstanding academic performances.

Awarded to the most outstanding graduating student in Applied Chemistry for either the degree of Bachelor of Applied Science or the degree of Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours).
Schering-Plough Gold Medal
Awarded to the best student in the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Programme in Science (UROPS) in the Department of Chemistry.
Lijen Industrial Development Medal
Awarded to the honours year students with the best academic exercises/projects in each of the disciplines in the Faculty of Science.
