X-ray Diffraction Laboratory
Single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques offer single crystal structure analyses on crystal selection and mounting, determination of a crystal system, space group and unit cell parameters, structure solution refinement and preparation of molecular illustrations.
X-ray powder diffraction studies diffractograms at variable tempeartures ranging from -160 to 1100 deg C. Capabilities include measurement of small angle X-ray scattering, characterization sample orientation and crystallinity, idenfication of samples with preferred orientation, phase identification and texture measurements.
