Withdrawal from University

Students who wish to discontinue their studies in NUS will need to submit the completed withdrawal form (available below) together with the student registration/matriculation card to Science Dean's Office (Block S16 Level 2).

Please note that:
  • A student who leaves the University after the second instructional week of a semester is liable to pay fees for the whole semester. Science students who appeal for waiver of school fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • A letter confirming your withdrawal from the University will be sent to you within 3 weeks after submission of the form.
