The 5th Mathematics and Physical Sciences Graduate Congress (MPSGC) is organised by Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University in collaboration with the National University of Singapore and University of Malaya.

As the three universities aim to produce broadly trained research scientists, it is expected that the congress will provide a greater understanding and knowledge of sciences and enable graduates to make future advances in the field.  This meeting will strengthen network and cooperation among graduates from the Southeast Asian universities and others who are interested in science and technology.

This year, the Congress will be held at Chualongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand from 7 to 9 December 2009.  For information on 5th MPSGC, please refer to the congress website.

The faculty of Science will sponsor 50 students from the departments of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Statistics to attend the congress.  If you are interested, please approach your department directly.
