All graduate students are required to undergo a pre-enrolment medical examination prior to entering the University. Students may opt to have their medical examination done at the University Health & Wellness Centre or by a qualified medical practitioner in Singapore or (in the case of international students), in their home country.
Students are to submit a pre-enrolment medical exam form along with original copies of reports of tests during registration.

For incoming international students, the University will apply on the candidate's behalf, the student pass throught the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) web-based Student's Pass Online Application and Registration (SOLAR) system. Once the University has submitted the application through SOLAR, the candidate will be asked to verify the accuracy of the information entered.

Once the application has been approved, the University will send the In-Principle Approval Letter (IPA) to the student.

The IPA will serve as an entry visa and in-principle student pass approval. The candidate should produce the IPA with the valid passport to the Duty Officer at the Immigration Checkpoint upon his arrival.

Please remember to bring your IPA to the registration centre for the necessary endorsement by the University.

Please refer to the Registrar's Office for more information on student pass matters.

Students who wish to apply for accomodation at the University's hostel can refer to the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) website for more information.
