This symposium is jointly organised by NUS Food Science and Technology (FST) Programme and Kasetsart University.
There will be 12 oral presentations - 6 from each university as well as 20 poster presentations. The event is a platform for research exchanges and updates between the two universities. It also creates an opportunity for researchers and experts to interact and explore potential collaboration.
Target audience: FST staff and postgraduate students, and research and industry partners.
