With Teaching and Research as the intergral focus of the Faculty of Science, it is the responsibility of the Faculty to ensure that all staff and students are able to perform their experiments as safe as possible. Under the direction of the University's Safety Policies and OSHE, FOS aims to cultivate s Safety First culture amongst the Research Commnunity and seeks to improve safety standards in the laboratories and ensure the Faculty is well-prepared for any emergency cases.
