Meeting Rooms in Science
Space is a premium in NUS. To facilitate better usage of space, the Faculty of Science started the resource sharing project in March 2004. Staff in the Faculty may request to use any of these meeting rooms for meetings:

Login to NUS Staff Portal using your NUSNET userid and password.

Click on Corporate, then Facilities Booking.

Click on General Facilities to open a screen on the right hand side.

At the prompt, login with your NUSNET userid and password.

A calendar will appear. Select the preferred venue from the drop down list to refresh the calendar.

Click on the preferred date once to launch the online application form.

When you are done, an auto generated email will be sent to venue administrator for processing.
